His responsibilities span supporting day-to-day operations, coaching site managers, managing staffing and resources, ensuring quality and compliance, and identifying opportunities to drive improvement.

Recent donations have enabled crucial dementia training for over 700 staff across regional and remote locations like Gladstone, Mareeba and Emerald.
Therapeutic robotic animals have also been provided to northern facilities, improving social wellbeing for residents with cognitive impairments.
