1. I irrevocably authorise UnitingCare and the Content Creator to record, use, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish and distribute the Materials in print and electronic format, including publications, flyers, posters, online, social media, television and radio broadcasts for the purpose of:
1.1. Internal/external communications, use in Australia or overseas, commercialisation, marketing and promotional activities, services and functions performed by UnitingCare, including in relation to the Event; and
1.2. providing the Materials to any third party, including to media organisations, government bodies, not for profit organisations and UnitingCare partners for their use as they see fit.
2. The Materials are properties of UnitingCare and will not be returned or provided to me.
3. I do not own the intellectual property rights to the Materials. I waive any moral rights to be attributed to the Materials.
4. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished production.
5. This is a free permission to UnitingCare. I am not entitled to any compensation or payment for the taking or use of the Materials.
6. I understand that images (still and moving), audio, copy, names and stories of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders may appear in printed and electronic material for many years. If I am an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, UnitingCare will take commercially reasonable steps to remove the Materials from its websites after my death. I understand and agree that, despite these efforts, the Materials may still be published, disseminated, or available in printed or electronic form indefinitely.
7. I release and discharge UnitingCare, its agents, officers, and employees, from all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of said Materials including any claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, or financial compensation.
